We are currently working in partnership with a Cheshire based Housing Association who are looking for a Repairs Planner on a 12-week contract.

This will be a full-time position based in Cheshire. The first two weeks will be four days a week in the office, dropping to two/ three days a week following initial training.

The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling repairs on domestic dwellings, and will have experience using DRS. We can offer up to £18 per hour via an Umbrella company for this role.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Receiving calls from tenants in regards to repairs and providing the initial diagnosis to get an understanding as to what Repairs work would be required
  • Booking in repairs for Gas Services and Repairs for both void and tenanted properties
  • Chasing repairs operatives in regards to updates around repairs
  • Inputting all data onto in house PDA systems, in order to Repairs Operatives to track repairs work as effectively as possible

Experience required:

  • Experience booking repairs is desirable
  • Experience with DRS is desirable
