Job Purpose

Core Activities

  • To be fully aware of the Service Level of Agreements with all panel solicitors and experts
  • Participate as required in own development to ensure implementations of any changes and developments are enhanced
  • Liaise with Experts, Solicitors and Patients on a regular basis ensuring communication is maintained throughout the claim to bring it to a conclusion.
  • Ad-hoc requests from Line Manager and Solicitors.
  • To ensure instructions and medical reports are chased daily and that responses are received from all panel solicitors and medical experts within the agreed periods.
  • To ensure the Proclaim system is updated at every stage and that urgent instructions are given priority.
  • To work with targets set, noting these will be changed in accordance with the business plan.
