As a Part-Time Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our client's manufacturing department. You will be responsible for administrative duties with a focus on supply chain management. This is a 24-hour per week contract, offering flexibility in your work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team, including data entry, document management, and filingAssist with inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and coordinating deliveriesCollaborate with the procurement team to track and monitor the procurement processGenerate reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chainSupport the scheduling and coordination of meetings and travel arrangementsLiaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration and supply chain management is preferredStrong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalA proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamA valid driving licence
