We are seeking a dynamic and talented Customer Voice and Communications Officer to join our team at the Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, local communities and other stakeholders to seek feedback in innovative, inclusive and creative ways that will shape and improve the services we offer. They will also create engaging internal and external communications that enhance our reputation and strengthen relationships.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, skilful Customer Voice and Communication Officer who has a flare and ambition to make a difference. They will have experience of working in collaboration with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to create meaningful engagement that maximises outcomes for customers They will also be professional, proactive and approachable, you will be a strong team player who has the ability to react to the media and press in a timely, positive way.
