Quantity Surveyor Site based - Cheshire – Pharmaceutical & Healthcare -Contract role

A new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with successful global leader in developing innovative business solutions for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. A business that Designs and constructs clean rooms who offer their services to well known pharmaceutical companies who you would of Definity heard of before!

The role is based at their modern, well kitted office in Cheshire which is known as a great place to work.They work with some of the best, and well-known pharmaceutical giants in major projects worth millions of pounds.

What’s on offer:

Good £Rates (Between £35 - £45 an hour - Dependent on experience, Through LTD company, Outside IR35).- Long term contract, 12 month + & working within niche projects.

Ideal candidate:
You will have a background in Construction/Structural or commercial projects and be knowledgeable of JCT & NEC4 contracts.

Any pharmaceutical environment experience would be ideal but not entirely necessary so don’t worry about not applying if you don’t have it.
