What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a sales role (SDR/BDE) with proven success in achieving targets.
  • Motivation: A results-driven, inquisitive mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; confident in delivering pitches.
  • Understanding of Recruitment: Familiarity with recruitment processes is a big plus (ex-recruiters excel here!).
  • Tech-Savvy: Interest in SaaS or recruitment tools; MEDDICC knowledge is a bonus (we’ll train you!).
