Working with the eCommerce team, this role is an integral part of the companys eComm growth, leading and implementing the digital marketing strategy to drive acquisition and retention. Optimising the customer journey and user experience across all digital touchpoints and leading day to day management of the website, alongside lead generation, CRO initiatives and overall digital marketing performance. Your Profile
With some experience in either the retail, luxury lifestyle or interiors industries, youll have a solid background in Digital Marketing or Ecommerce across a variety of channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, Affiliates and Display, where you have had in depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Moz and other platforms and tools. You will have run successful PPC campaigns, have knowledge of eCommerce merchandising and optimisation and have experience of eCommerce platforms, namely Shopify. You will be organised, self-motivated, and an ideas and problem- solving person, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
