Role Overview:As an English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing students' reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans on English grammar, literature, writing, and reading.
- Deliver engaging and coherent lectures to students on English language and literature.
- Assess student performance through exercises, assignments, and exams, providing feedback to support their improvement.
- Encourage active participation and monitor individual student progress.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
