Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a Maths Teacher for Secondary Schools in Macclesfield, Cheshire. This role is to start as soon as possible.

The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Maths Teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. As part of a dedicated department, you will inspire students to develop a deep understanding of mathematics and foster a positive attitude towards the subject. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of students and be part of a school that values innovation and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Maths department to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified teacher with a specialism in Maths (QTS or equivalent).

  • A passion for teaching and inspiring students to excel in Mathematics.

  • A positive and proactive approach to classroom management.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4 is desirable.
