Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Macclesfield. This role involves working 24-hour shifts and offers a competitive pay rate of 13 per hour. Supporting a young man with his daily activities. He is a very active individual and enjoys outdoor activities, candidates must enjoy being active. Successful candidates must be comfortable with behaviours that challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and care to individuals.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
- Engage in and encourage outdoor activities such as kayaking and swimming.
- Foster a positive and active lifestyle for those you support.
Requirements:
- Must be an active person who enjoys outdoor activities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
