Venn Group have been approached by a support organisation and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Waking Night Support Worker

Location:         Macclesfield

Rate:               £15.00 p/hour (Umbrella rate)                    

Length:            3 months initially

Hours:             36 -45 hours p/week, (10.30pm – 8.00am, including weekends)

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Providing Housing Related Support and Recovery Support to 8 – 10 residents in a supported accommodation service
  • Supporting clients at risk of homelessness
  • Conducting welfare checks, keeping residents safe
  • Monitoring CCTV / camera systems
  • Light cleaning duties and general upkeep of the building
  • Encouraging and supporting residents to live as fully and independently as possible within the local community, providing information, emotional, organisational, practical support

The successful candidate must be able to engage and build good rapport with residents and completed similar duties above and be available to start next week in to the contract
