Academics are working alongside schools in Macclesfield that are in need of a SEN Teaching Assistant, focusing on a September start.
There is a requirement for a talented SEN Teaching Assistant in the Macclesfield area, with the ideal candidate also having experience with or a preference to work with Early Years or Key Stage 1. This role would be a 1:1 support role helping pupils with autism through the school day. Schools for the Macclesfield and surrounding areas are ranked by Ofsted as either 'Good' or 'Outstanding' with no schools falling below that.

What will you be doing as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Providing 1:1 support to children with various needs, in this case, Autism
- Work collaboratively with the Teacher to help delivery of the lesson become seamless and informative
- Promote engagement from your 1:1 and establishment a good working relationship with them
- Understand your 1:1's needs and how they work at their best
