Based in Stoke-on-Trent we are looking to further expand our presence in Bollington and are looking for an outstanding SEN Teaching Assistant to successfully place within our Client Primary Schools.

We'd love for you to have a Level-3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, although this is not essential. Experiences within SEN or with SEN Children is very desirable.

So, what will you be doing as a SEN Teaching Assistant for Academics in Bollington?

  • In a 1:1 role, you will accompany a SEN student throughout their school-day to help them at any point where they require assistance, including helping during classwork
  • In a classroom support role, you will aid SEN students throughout the class to ensure that all students have the same benefit from the work provided in class
  • Work collaboratively with other staff at the school to establish if any reasonable adjustments are required for the benefit of the student
  • Attend school trips that your student will be attending to continue building a work relationship
