You'll walk into an established team of fully qualified lecturers in a well-organized and smoothly running department. Whether you're an experienced lecturer or coming from industry without teaching qualifications, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons to students on motor vehicle courses up to Level 3.
- Incorporate industry innovations such as hydrogen and battery-powered vehicles.
- Collaborate with the wider Construction and Engineering department to ensure an excellent learning experience for students.
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £38,000 for qualified teachers, with starting salaries from £27,000 for those coming from industry.
- Fully funded teaching qualifications, with training sessions held on Tuesday evenings (2pm - 7pm).

Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:40am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm (working from home)
What We're Looking For:
- Candidates with industry experience in the automotive sector, particularly with hydrogen and battery technologies.
- Teaching qualifications are not required but would be advantageous. If unqualified, we will fully support you through your teaching qualification.
- Enthusiasm for education and the motivation to inspire the next generation of motor vehicle professionals.
