Role Overview
As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Manager you will spearhead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analyse financial outcomes, and offer insights crucial for senior management to meet the company's financial goals.
Duties
- Collaborate with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts that align with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the business and finance team to produce top-notch analysis and reports, providing insightful information for decision makers.
- Gain a profound understanding of the UK's performance drivers, analyzing costs, revenues, segment profitability, and customer profitability.
- Partner with the commercial team on pricing strategies, supplier relationships, and margin enhancement.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to ensure the financial plans' resilience.
- Provide regular financial reports to monitor performance, track key initiatives, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize FP&A processes, assess key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhance management information visualization.

- Proficient in analytical problem-solving and FP&A implementation.
