As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be a crucial part of the technical department, providing essential support and expertise on passive fire protection for cavity barriers and firestops, with a primary focus on building envelopes. All the required skills and knowledge will be provided through comprehensive training.
In your first few weeks in this Technical Services Engineer role, you can expect to:
- Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Work closely with project management teams to address technical queries and offer solutions aligned with project requirements and product specifications
- Review and analyse technical specifications, drawings, and project plans to advise on the best product selection, standards, and regulations
- Record technical inquiries and responses on the in-house CRM system.
