Are you passionate about Passive Fire Protection and skilled in delivering impactful training? Do you have a talent for breaking down complex technical information and supporting the development of others? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

We're seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Training Specialist to take the lead in delivering high-quality product, application, and installation training. This is a key role in ensuring our colleagues, customers, and stakeholders are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills they need in the field of passive fire protection.

The Role

  • Deliver structured product and application training to internal teams, salespeople, site services engineers, and external stakeholders.
  • Support line managers in maintaining up-to-date SKEBs (Skills, Knowledge & Experience Base) and schedule training to close any identified gaps.
  • Ensure all training collateral is accurate and reflects the latest technical data and product developments.
  • Play a vital role in the setup and day-to-day operation of our training facility once open.
  • Handle training administration, including updating registers, issuing certificates, collecting feedback, and scheduling sessions.
  • Maintain training rigs to ensure they're fully functional for all training activities.

The person

  • FE Level 3 in Passive Fire Protection (or currently working towards).
  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Learning & Development (or equivalent – or currently working towards).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A detail-oriented, organised individual with a collaborative mindset.
