My client is a large manufacturing organisation based in Maesteg, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator.
The role is based on an annual salary of 26-28k and it would be temporary basis and will be office based.
Description
- Coordinating diaries for interviews and sending confirmation.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Coordination with third party agencies.
- Attend 1st stage interviews and giving feeback.
- Advertising vacancies across various platforms.
- Supporting with checking right to work documentation
- General administration duties
Profile
- Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator is desirable but not essential
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Can commute to Maesteg
