An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Chef, ideally with 3 years’ experience to join a well-established care home group offering excellent benefits.

As an Executive Chef, you will oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals that cater to individual dietary needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prepare, cook, and serve meals for residents, ensuring consistency and presentation.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance the kitchen experience.
  • Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently, maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene.
  • Maintain rigorous hygiene and food safety standards, with cleaning records upheld.
  • Adhere to COSHH regulations and ensure compliance among kitchen staff.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally have 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Food safety and COSHH training.
  • Background working in a school, hospital or care home would be preferred.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • An Enhanced Access NI Check.
