Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday - 10:15 - 18:15

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Lead:
  Manage a team of cleaners, ensuring they follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect and evaluate cleaning work to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor cleaning supplies, order replacements, and maintain inventory levels.
• Training and Development:
  Train new cleaners and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
• Communication:
  Collaborate with school staff, addressing any cleaning-related issues promptly.
• Health and Safety:
  Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a cleaning team.
• Organisational Skills:
  Ability to manage schedules, prioritise tasks, and oversee multiple areas.
• Attention to Detail:
  Keen eye for cleanliness and quality control.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to adapt to changing needs and work outside regular hours if required.
• DBS Check:
  Successful candidates will undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
