We're looking for a Scheme Manager to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager to provide essential support for retirement housing residents.
Location: Merseyside (Hybrid & Flexible Working)
Salary: 17 - 18 per hour (via umbrella)
Contract: 6-8 weeks (potential for extension) | Start date: 14th April
Hours: 36 hours per week | Monday - Friday
About the Role
As a Scheme Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring residents' wellbeing, offering vital assistance, and helping those in need access the right support-all from an office-based setting in Merseyside, with some client visits required fortnightly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Morning: Conduct daily wellbeing checks with residents in a retirement housing scheme, ensuring their needs are met and escalating any concerns.
  • Fortnightly: Manage a caseload of 10 individuals aged 18+ who may have vulnerabilities such as addictions or mental health challenges. Conduct fortnightly visits to complete surveys and welfare checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, update internal systems, and escalate any support needs or property issues.
  • Hybrid working available-administrative tasks can be completed remotely.
