Our client, a household name in the beverage industry is hiring a Reporting Accountant to join the team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office in Maidenhead.

With a portfolio available in more than 100 markets with over 50 brands this is a chance to join a well-established and successful business offering a great opportunity to learn and progress.

This role is responsible for the reporting activities relating to the holding company and legacy companies and the compilation and filing of the statutory accounts for the UK entities.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be a support and back up as and when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Statutory Accounts preparation and filing for UK entities
  • Tax - responsible for coordinating the internal and external tax requirements in conjunction with internal/external advisors.
  • Month-end reporting for the holding and legacy companies including the P+L and Balance Sheet.
  • Audit - collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal key controls.
  • Regular review and communication of policies and procedures to enable regulatory and statutory requirements to be met

Qualifications:

  • Accountancy qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 2-3 year post qualified experience
  • Knowledge of IFRS and a good level of Tax knowledge
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure on own initiative
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent attention to details
  • SAP R/3 experience desirable
