Established Maidenhead business is looking for a number 2 in their finance team. Working closely with the Head of Finance this is a broad and varied role that will include :Â

Financial Management:Â
- Budgeting, and forecasting .
- Ensuring accurate financial records and accounts are maintained.
- Managing cash flow, payroll, and all other financial transactions.

Accounting and Reporting:
- Preparing financial statements, management reports, and analysis for the senior leadership team and governing body.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Handling audits and liaising with external auditors.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
- Working with leadership to develop and manage annual budgets.
- Monitoring expenditure against the budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness
To succeed in the role you must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a minimum of 3 years PQE. You will have a sound knowledge of financial reporting, management accounts and forecasting. Excellent interpersonal skills will also be necessary to build solid stakeholder relationships.Â
