This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) who is eager to progress and make a tangible impact within a commercially focused role.The Role:Reporting directly to a seasoned CFO with extensive experience working with private equity investors, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of the business and play a key role in financial decision-making. Working as part of a small, close-knit finance team, you will be involved in:· Budgeting and cashflow forecasting· Revenue recognition and day-to-day accounting· Financial analysis to support strategic decision-making· Advising sales and project teams through collaborative meetingsThis role is ideal for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience who is on track to qualify within the next year or two and is ready to take on greater commercial responsibility.What We’re Looking For:· Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, with ambition to qualify soon· 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience· A proactive mindset with a strong commercial focus· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide insightful financial guidance· Strong communication and collaboration abilitiesThis position presents a unique opportunity to work in a high-growth environment where your contributions will directly impact the business.
