Orka Financial are working with a growing business based in Maidenhead to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. The role is fully office based and will suit someone looking for a varied hands on role where you will work closely with the Financial Controller.Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Verification, Posting, and Query Resolution
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliation
  • CIS Verification and Reporting
  • Cost Value Reconciliation Adjustment Support
  • Accruals and Prepayments for Overheads
  • Assisting with Month-End and Year-End Closures
  • Fixed Asset Register Maintenance
  • Cash Flow Forecasting Support
  • General Ledger Reconciliation
  • Internal Expenses Management

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar accounting role.
  • A strong eye for detail, particularly when handling financial data.
  • Ability to take responsibility for tasks and work independently.
