We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background as Finance Supervisors, Bookkeepers, Office Managers with finance experience, or Bursars. The candidate must have extensive accountancy experience and demonstrate strong team leadership skills.
Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee financial operations, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's goals.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Help prepare financial statements and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organisational objectives.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, such as Finance Supervisor, Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or Bursar.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Demonstrated team leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
