Your Responsibilities:

Oversee all office duties, from data entry and filing to managing phone calls and inquiries.
Coordinate payroll details, handle sales invoices, and communicate with customers and suppliers using Xero software.
Use our field service software to schedule jobs, create quotes, and provide support for health and safety documentation.
As part of a tight-knit team, you’ll take on various tasks to keep the office running smoothly, always learning new skills along the way.
What We’re Looking For:

What you need:

Proven experience in administrative roles with solid bookkeeping skills.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
An excellent communicator with a professional phone manner, able to type and process information efficiently.
