Housing provider in the Berkshire area are currently looking for aHead Of Contractsfor an initial period of six months.
The client can be flexible with a FTC of 6 months or Interim via an agency.
The purpose of the role:To lead and strategically manage all contracts within the Asset Management Department, ensuring value for money and high standards of service delivery. This role involves significant internal partnering and collaboration to connect various business functions and ensure seamless operations.
FTC circa 75,000 per annum / Temp rates are negotiable.
