Great opportunity for someone from a Customer-service, Technical Support or Account Management background!
This fast growing technology company who invest in their staff is looking for a Junior Customer Success & Support Agent to join their team. In this role, you'll support existing clients, ensure they get the most value from the company's products, and help strengthen relationships. This is a non-sales role, but you may have experience in customer service, Sales & Account Management, or client success from a different company.
What they're looking for:
?? Enthusiastic and great at building relationships
?? Comfortable speaking with clients and problem-solving
?? Eager to learn and grow within the technology & software industry
?? Commercial experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role
?? A background in SaaS or IT is a bonus but not essential
