A fantastic, global organisation, that really looks after its employees, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join its finance team, due to internal movement.

Previous knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is essential, with experience of working for a multinational organisation very advantageous.

Company location - Maidenhead

Hours 9.00 - 5.00

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately process insurance accounting transactions, including incoming receipts for premiums and loss recoveries, as well as outgoing payments for claims and reinsurance
  • Running paycycles
  • Maintaining and updating the vendor database
  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Uploading documents to OnBase
  • Processing journals
  • Performing various monthly and quarterly reconciliations
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Proven accounting experience (ideally within a multinational environment)
  • Good working knowledge of both accounts receivable and account payable modules
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure that deadlines are consistently met
