Description
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Managing records and receipts
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Supporting the finance manager in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions
- Processing invoices
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
- Providing customer service to clients
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
