Description

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Supporting the finance manager in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions
  • Processing invoices
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
  • Providing customer service to clients
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel
