Urgent temp role Maidenhead/White Waltham

Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to support their busy team for the next 2 months whilst they recruit a permanent person. In this role you will be required to:

  • Add Requisitions
  • Converting requisitions to purchase orders
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Reconciling statements
  • Assist the wider team with administration tasks

The person:

  • Experience in finance not essential but useful
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT/Excel skills
  • Flexible attitude
  • Ability to get to the location without using public transport
