About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive, youll be the catalyst for growth by finding, qualifying, and onboarding new accounts. Youll dig deep to uncover customer pain points and transform them into business opportunities. Once on board, accounts will be passed to the account development team for further expansion. Youll utilise CRM tools and a range of tech solutions to track your achievements and capture essential information.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify and onboard new accounts to fuel our growth
  • Qualify prospects and convert opportunities into business leads
  • Capture data and insights in our CRM and tech stack to track progress
  • Collaborate closely with the account development team for smooth transitions

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 12-24 months experience in sales. Ideally in a full cycle role

(any B2B industry - recruitment, telco, tech etc)

  • Self-awareness and adaptability what worked yesterday might not work tomorrow
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic sales tools (Sales Navigator)
  • Driven, people-oriented, and ambitious with a growth mindset
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and passion for problem-solving
