As an experienced Automotive Service Manager, you will take leadership and management of the service team with your key objective will be to drive the performance of the service department to ensure that excellent customer service is provided, and all financial targets are achieved. Manage, lead and develop our highly skilled technicians, front of house support and engage in great collaboration with Sales, Parts, Warranty, the rest of our business and our external stakeholders. Drive customer throughput with amazing customer satisfaction and ensuring you and your team deliver strong performance and results.
Automotive Service Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a skilled team of technicians, front-of-house staff, and other support functions.
- Drive the service department’s performance to ensure exceptional customer service and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Parts, Warranty, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational alignment.
- Deliver outstanding results in customer satisfaction, throughput, and financial performance.
- Implement strategies to maximize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
