- Provide reception cover as needed.
- Manage office booking systems, reception, and cleaning.
- Conduct daily building checks to ensure that cleaning and the overall appearance are up to premium standards.
- Coordinate catering and hospitality services.
- Assist with event setups.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium corporate environment.
- Good understanding of Health and Safety protocols.
- IOSH qualification would be an advantage.
