This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

About The Role:Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday - 07:30 - 17:30Hours Per Week: 50As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide front-line management to all security operations
  • Act as the designated first responder to all incidents
  • Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, and security provision requirements
  • Taking ownership of the contract and engaging client contacts as required to ensure the smooth delivery of services
  • Deputise for the Account Manager in their absence

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • SIA licensed essential
  • To be Proactive, responsible, reliable and capable of leading a team of employees
  • Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management
  • Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
