Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in security products such as fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and CCTV. This is a hybrid role that involves managing existing accounts as well as generating new business in order to drive revenue growth. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors and resellers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Provide product training and support to channel partners to increase their product knowledge and sales capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through to installation and support
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments in order to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the security industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Industry experience and knowledge of security products such as fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and CCTV
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
Day-to-day
  • Engage with channel partners to understand their sales needs and support them in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to channel partners
  • Stay updated on competitive products and pricing to inform our sales strategies and remain competitive in the market
