Hi! I’m Dan, UK Managing Director at MCFT, and I’m searching for a Senior Sales Manager to energise our team and lead them to new levels of success.

We’re in an exciting growth phase in the UK, and we’re looking for a strategic, people-focused leader with solid sales and commercial experience to help us shape a high-performing sales team. At MCFT, our people are at the core of everything we do. Our culture of excellence has propelled us forward, and now we need a Senior Sales Manager who can drive performance, develop talent, and ensure continued success.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a motivated, high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets, and implementing effective strategies. You’ll work from our Maidenhead office while balancing time with your field team and engaging with new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
  • Set and drive performance against ambitious sales metrics and targets.
  • Lead market segmentation and targeting efforts, ensuring delivery against strategic goals.
  • Provide coaching and development to your team, helping them grow professionally and achieve their potential.
  • Make swift, data-driven decisions and execute actionable plans to maintain momentum.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for increased revenue and growth.
  • Oversee CRM, systems, and processes, ensuring they support efficiency and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to create targeted campaigns that drive pipeline growth and conversions.
