About the Role:As a Business Development Executive, you’ll:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new clients, building strong relationships across your market.
  • Use a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Manage a high-performing sales pipeline and ensure seamless client handovers to the account development team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • Attend industry events to network and expand market knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of consultative, solution-based B2B sales experience (ideally in tech or IoT).
  • Proven success in achieving targets and onboarding high-value clients.

  • Confidence engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
