- Generating your own leads with pro-active approaches
- Touring prospective members around the club’s facilities
- Competency in understanding the motivation of the prospective member and closing sales
- Working towards personal and club monthly sales targets
- Leading the sales team by example as a senior member of the team
- A positive and proactive attitude is a must
- Experience in working in sales and a customer orientated environment
- Hungry for success and a passion for delivering excellent service
- A background in a golf or country club location is ideal but not essential
