Head Of Repairs

Housing provider in the Berkshire area are currently looking for aHead Of Repairs for an initial period of six months.

The client can be flexible with a FTC of 6 months or Interim via an agency.

The purpose of the role:Responsible for the operational leadership and delivery of the clients responsive repairs and voids services, embracing innovation and technology to continuously improve the quality of the services provided. Demonstrating consistently strong leadership and strategic direction to both our in-house trades teams and contractors to deliver a cost-effective and efficient service to our residents and clients. Ensuring all work carried out complies with health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Working to promote and embed our Safe, Satisfied, and Sustainable corporate objectives. Be an integral part of the clients senior leadership team.

FTC circa 80,000 per annum / Temp rates are negotiable.
