Windsor Forest College Group is looking for an Apprenticeship Coordinator to join the Apprenticeships team at our Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a permanent contract working on a full-time basis.

Apprenticeship Coordinator

The Apprenticeships Coordinator at BCA is responsible for providing day-to-day support to apprentices and employers, ensuring that learning hours are tracked and monitored throughout the apprenticeship.

The main duties include monitoring and supporting apprentices' "off-the-job" training hours, ensuring timely submission and compliance with funding rules.

The coordinator also tracks attendance and punctuality, acts as the first point of contact for apprentices and employers, and supports apprentices with additional learning needs and well-being concerns. Additionally, they are responsible for recording safeguarding incidents and maintaining accurate apprentice records.

The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience working with apprentices, employers, and awarding bodies. They should also have knowledge of additional learning support for apprentices and be able to effectively manage apprentice well-being and behaviour. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
