Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Starting Salary - £21,000-24,000, gradually increasing on completion of CeMap qualification to £30,000, and then uncapped commission is also payable!
In years 2-3 you will be put through the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) exams, which are industry recognised professional qualifications!
Location – Maidenhead, fully office based

My client, a market leader in their field, are recruiting a Trainee Mortgage Advisor based in Maidenhead. They are looking for new, enthusiastic candidates who are wanting to work in a sales environment and learn all things mortgages!
Role duties:
- Establishing and developing relationships with estate agencies and clients
- Placing cases with lenders
- Administering mortgages to offer stage
- Once you’ve had some training then calling warm leads and booking appointments
- Once trained further then carry out mortgage appointments

- Enthusiastic to learn
- Personable
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
They are offering a salary of £21,000-24,000, which will gradually increase once the CeMAP is completed. You will have the opportunity to make an enormous amount of uncapped commission! There is a clear progression program within the company, pay increases where due, and people stay with the company.
You will be given full training and development and will be joining a motivated/hard working team. You will also be supported in your studies and the CeMAP qualification will also be paid for.
