We are currently recruiting for a temporary customer service assistant to work for a 4 month period, full time and 100% office based.
This is a project based Customer care position that requires 4 months commitment.
Key duties include:
- KPI/SLA and general data analysis to ensure you drive data driven fact-based decision making proactively for our customers
- Support Customer & Service Care Manager for new product readiness (processes and training)
- Review customer complaints and concerns that arise from a new account set up or out of service review interactions and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience
- Providing internal operational support
- Ensuring customer system is kept up-to-date and accurate
- Managing and supporting customer relationships per service level agreements
- Ensuring new and migrated customers are carefully on-boarded
- Hosting relevant platform training
- Create service packs
- Prepare and send customer communications
Key requirement:
- Self motivated and organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good customer service skills over the phone and email
