Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs through one-on-one and small group sessions.

- Collaborate closely with teachers and SEN professionals to create a structured and inclusive learning environment.
- Effectively manage and respond to challenging behaviours, maintaining a calm and professional approach.
- Act as a mentor and role model, guiding students to achieve both academic and personal goals.
