- General Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
- Confidence to aid senior management in making financial decision making
- Support and develop the finance team
- Have a sound knowledge of accounting standards and proven experience in financial reporting and in the preparation of management accounts, forecasts and statutory accounts
- Be able to advise on Taxation and VAT matters
- A passion for working in an education setting is desirable
