My client a top Global company are currently looking to recruit an AI Data Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. Please note if successful you will need to set up via an Umbrella Company/PAYE. Our client has a huge ambition to maximise the value of new technologies. They have a massive opportunity to leverage AI in our commercial business. As an AI Data Engineer, you will become part of the Global AI Team. Together, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of AI-driven solutions.
Key skillset and experience for the AI Data Engineer:
- Experience building and bringing solutions with LLMs into production, as well as a deep understanding of the overall Generative AI landscape.
- Expert-level coding skills with demonstrable proficiency in one or more coding languages, such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript or similar. Experience with Spark/PySpark is a plus.
- A solid foundation in the basics of Machine Learning (training, evaluation).
- Experience designing and building data-heavy products, and a demonstrable understanding of data engineering, data structures, and systems architecture.
- An engineering mindset, whether that is by training or by doing.
- The ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry is a plus, but not a requirement.
