Your new roleIn this role, you'll be at the forefront of implementing and configuring their enterprise products to meet customer needs. You'll use a disciplined project management approach and tools to handle increasingly complex projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve scoping and estimating the effort required for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.You'll be the face of their company to their customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships. Your goal will be to ensure every customer is satisfied and willing to recommend our products. This means you'll need to troubleshoot any implementation issues that arise, configure and test various system modules, and work closely with customer and third-party IT teams to ensure seamless data connectivity.A deep understanding of our software's technical aspects, including its architecture and infrastructure, will be crucial. Over time, you'll become a subject matter expert in their products and services, applying this knowledge to help customers achieve their business goals. You'll also keep your manager updated with detailed project status and risk assessments to ensure everything stays on track.Additionally, you'll play a key role in training and mentoring new team members and customers, sharing your expertise to help them succeed. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and building lasting customer relationships.What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you'll need a solid background in project management, demonstrated by your ability to work independently on various projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, CRM tools, and advanced Excel skills is essential. A good understanding of SQL and SSRS will also be necessary.We're looking for a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys solving problems and helping others. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you'll need to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
