An experienced Conveyancer is needed for a hybrid role in Maidenhead with an award-winning firm that values personal service and is currently expanding its team.
The role involves managing a mixed conveyancing caseload, including Freehold & Leasehold Sales, New Build, Remortgages, and Transfer of Equity from initial instruction to completion.
Candidates must have experience in Residential Conveyancing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage their own caseload while developing business opportunities.
The position offers a competitive salary, hybrid working options, a company pension, 25 days of holiday plus additional days for long service, and a paid birthday day off.
Applicants should be enthusiastic, IT proficient, and committed to training and development, with prior experience required.

My client is recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join their Maidenhead offices on a Hybrid basis.

The firm are an award winning conveyancers and are currently in the process of driving the business forwards, whilst staying true to the firm’s values of delivering a personal service to each client. They are undergoing significant growth and as such are expanding their team.

Key Duties

• To manage a mixed conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion including Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity• Issuing contracts• Mortgage redemptions• Exchange of Contracts

Personal Attributes

• You must have experience working within Residential Conveyancing • Be confident and professional in written and verbal communications• Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines• You will have experience in managing your own caseload of clients and enjoy developing and attracting business development opportunities

Key Skills

• Have excellent and all round communications skills providing great customer service • Attention to detail is essential• Able to work self-sufficiently and as part of a team• Be personable and professional• IT proficient• Enthusiastic, positive and pro-active• Need to be committed to training and development
