About the Role

This role supports the HR function by providing essential administrative services across recruitment, employee records, and compliance. You will be an integral part of the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the school.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing HR correspondence, including offer letters, contracts, and meeting invitations.
  • Managing job adverts on the organisation’s website and external platforms.
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns, including candidate communication and interview coordination.
  • Conducting pre-employment checks such as DBS and social media screening.
  • Issuing and maintaining staff passes, fobs, and access permissions.
  • Assisting with payroll administration and maintaining the Single Central Record.
  • Updating HR databases and managing staff records.
  • Producing HR reports on areas such as absence and staff turnover.
  • Providing administrative support for staff training, induction, and performance management processes.
  • Taking minutes at HR-related meetings and handling general HR queries.
About You

You will have experience in an HR or administrative role and excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and professional approach, will help you succeed in this role.
